1. Information We Collect

Grabh is designed to be privacy-first. We collect the absolute minimum data required to operate the service and provide user functionality (such as Bookmarks/Collections). The information collected includes:

• Authentication Data: If you sign in via Google, we store your email address and display name via Google Firebase Authentication.
• Telegram Identifiers: If you use the Telegram Bot, we store your public Telegram User ID and Username to facilitate sending files to your device.
• WhatsApp Phone Numbers: If you use the WhatsApp Bot, we process your phone number through the Meta Cloud API to securely deliver requested media back to your device.
• Usage Metadata: We record basic timestamps, such as your last login or latest download, to prevent abuse and manage API rate limits.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for providing the Grabh service to you.

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not track the cross-site browsing habits of our users.
• Data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore.

3. Content Downloading

When you provide a URL to download a video, that URL is transmitted to our backend server to execute the download. Downloaded files are temporarily stored on our servers and then explicitly deleted from the filesystem shortly after being delivered to your device or Telegram chat. We do not permanently store or archive the videos you download.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. Please contact the administrator to process absolute deletion from our active databases.
